The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/eurofiling.info\/2017\/\/templates\/EurofilingXbrlWeek2017_template.potx\">recommended presentation template<\/a>\u00a0is to be used unless an institution requires otherwise. Affiliations of speakers\u00a0reflects their involvement in non-for-profit activities on\u00a0structured data. If a particular vendor tool must be used, it\u2019s only to illustrate the presentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priority invitations policy<\/strong> (everybody is welcomed, but seats are limited):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.- Speakers and convened Working Group members<\/li>\n<li>2.- Hosting Institutions and Eurofiling community are very glad to invite <strong>Regulators, Supervisors, Business Registers, Government and Financial Reporting Entities.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>3.- Collaborating non-for-profit entities:<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">a.- <strong><u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.xbrleurope.org\/about-xeu\/by-laws-and-governance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">XBRL Europe<\/a><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0non-for-profit association, as per its\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.xbrleurope.org\/files\/Bylaws&amp;Registrationforms\/2016-10-05-XBRLEuropeMembershipBenefits.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>rules<\/u><\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.xbrleurope.org\/files\/Bylaws&amp;Registrationforms\/20120928_Bylaws%20Revision_EN_cl.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>bylaws<\/u><\/a><\/strong>, is very glad to invite attendee\/s (up to the <u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.xbrleurope.org\/files\/Bylaws&amp;Registrationforms\/2016-10-05-XBRLEuropeMembershipBenefits.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">limit<\/a><\/u>\u00a0established by the General Assembly) per <strong>Member of supporting XBRL Jurisdiction<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>XBRL Europe Direct Member<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">b.- The <a href=\"http:\/\/academy2017.openfiling.info\/programme-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Programme Committee<\/a> of the Academic Track is very glad to invite the\u00a0<strong>authors<\/strong> of accepted <a href=\"http:\/\/academy2017.openfiling.info\/call-for-papers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">papers and posters<\/a>, as well as <strong>scholars<\/strong> up to a number of seats.<\/li>\n<li>4.- Remaining registrations will be placed in the waiting list by registration order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Waiting list, cancellations and no-show:<\/strong> A waiting list is open for registrations not included in the priority invitations (see above). The organisers will confirm waiting list registrations as soon as possible, after the priority invitations clearing. If your registration is confirmed, but you will not attend, you are kindly but STRONGLY requested for written cancellation as matter of consideration for our colleagues in waiting list. According to the Eurofiling minutes of 20 December 2012, a non-force-majeure no-show would blacklist you for next events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On-line\u00a0registration and e-mail confirmation delivery is mandatory<\/strong> and equivalent to signature. Please only provide details of the person who will attend the session, as this invitation is strictly personal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration is <u>for free<\/u> but mandatory. When confirmed, you will receive a nominative badge. Only badge-nominal confirmed registrations will be included in the access list for ECB security clearance. On-site registration is NOT available. Driving licenses are not accepted.
