Warsaw Stock Exchange has foreseen a catering with coffee break  for  a lump sum of 20 € (twenty Euros) per person and per day. Receipts  available. Please bring along the 20 euro banknote funds to settle each morning your catering for the day!

Your registration will be processed by the conference committee and, if accepted, a confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Registration is free of charge for all sessions of the conference but mandatory. Conference committee reserves the right to restrict the number of participants by entity to allow broad attendance by regulatory and industry experts. 

Please bring ID card or passport to access WSE premises. Please be aware about potential queues at start of day on security clearance.

Social dinner registration and payment information

Social dinner will be organised on Day 2: Tuesday (29th of May 2018) evening.

Attendance at the social dinner is voluntary.

Participants willing to join the social dinner must register before 18th of May 2018 COB.

Payment for the social dinner will be possible by card exclusively   on-site by an authorized staff. Seats cost is between 50€-65€, to be paid. The seat cost is variable depending on the amount of people attending Networking Dinner. Receipts will be issued for payments.

Priority invitations policy (everybody is welcomed, but seats are limited):

3.- Collaborating non-for-profit entities:

a.- XBRL Europe non-for-profit association, as per its rules and bylaws, is very glad to invite attendee/s (up to the limit established by the General Assembly) per Member of supporting XBRL Jurisdiction or XBRL Europe Direct Member.

b.- The Programme Committee of the Academic Track is very glad to invite the authors of accepted papers and posters, as well as scholars up to a number of seats.

4.- Remaining registrations will be placed in the waiting list by registration order.

Waiting list, cancellations and no-show: A waiting list is open for registrations not included in the priority invitations (see above). The organisers will confirm waiting list registrations as soon as possible, after the priority invitations clearing. If your registration is confirmed, but you will not attend, you are kindly but STRONGLY requested for written cancellation as matter of consideration for our colleagues in waiting list. According to the Eurofiling minutes of 20 December 2012, a non-force-majeure no-show would blacklist you for next events.

On-line registration and e-mail confirmation delivery is mandatory and equivalent to signature. Please only provide details of the person who will attend the session, as this invitation is strictly personal.

Registration is for free but mandatory. When confirmed, you will receive a nominative badge. Only badge-nominal confirmed registrations will be included in the access list for ECB security clearance. On-site registration is NOT available. See priorities, terms and conditions at disclaimer. Only ID cards and passports are accepted by the security to access ECB premises. Driving licenses are not accepted. Please be aware about potential queues at start of day on security clearance.

Eurofiling provides a collaborative environment, being since 2005 an open meeting place for Regulators, Supervisors, Entities from both the public and private sector, such as financial institutions, providers, academic and private individuals around the following central theme: European and National Regulatory Reporting and the financial ecosystem; improving collaboration and awareness to leverage interoperability; together.

XBRL Europe has been set up to foster European XBRL efforts and to implement common XBRL projects in Europe between its members and to liaise with European Authorities and organizations. XBRLEurope is also governed by its Executive Committee under the supervision of the General Assembly. The Executive Committee as the managing body of the Association, is responsible for the management and administration of the Association.
