arrow EIOPA T4U website and documentation

EIOPA is developing a basic tool to facilitate the XBRL reporting, known as the Tool for Undertakings (T4U) project. In this context, EIOPA has created a specific section in Eurofiling website http://t4u.eurofiling.info and they are sharing some preliminary information and videos. Please, note that EIOPA will not make any software available till end of Q4.

EIOPA is also publishing a first version of the T4U DPM database with the S2 close tables for Preparatory Phase. This database is having a similar structure as the CRDIV DPM db, but in SQLite format and including some more tables. You can find more information in this section http://t4u.eurofiling.info/#The_T4U_DPM_Database.

Please note that all the information presented is in general subject to change.

If you have any questions you can contact EIOPA in this email address: ToolForUndertakings@eiopa.europa.eu

The annexes of the Consultation Paper on the Proposal for Guidelines on submission of information to national competent authorities CP-13/010 describe detailed reporting requirements which were used as inputs to apply the data modelling methodology known as "Data Point Modelling".

The outcome of this modelling is a set of annotated templates, published along with the XBRL Taxonomy supporting the CP-13/010 Proposal.

Note that the principles, rules and design approaches followed are still under consideration and are subject to further changes.
