Open Source tool reading ESEF & iXBRL<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

easyREADER<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0imports ESEF iXBRL<\/strong> reports (.zip .xbri .xhtml .html .htm<\/strong> format) and present the facts in an Excel sheet. In an extended taxonomy (as usual in ESEF<\/strong>), Statements\/Linkbases are also presented on additional Excel sheets, as user help.\u00a0easyREADER<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is an stand-alone executable Excel binary workbook (file type .xslb) with about four thousand lines of Open Source VBA code<\/strong> (Excel macros).\u00a0easyINSTANCE<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is a\u00a0lite<\/em>\u00a0version (two thousand lines of code) to minimize tasks on security certification of source code, at the cost of present only the facts, but not the Statements\/Linkbases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Source tool mapping from ESEF reports to ERICA format<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This mapping Excel tool<\/strong><\/a> (using easyREADER<\/em><\/strong>) has been created to harmonize and make possible the comparison of the publicly available financial statements of European non-financial listed groups in ESEF format, using to that aim ERICA<\/strong>, a standard European common format. It includes mapping decisions (from ESEF XBRL<\/strong> tags to the ERICA<\/strong> format) derived from the experience of the use of consolidated accounts by members of the ERICA WG<\/strong>. The ERICA<\/strong> format (European Records of IFRS Consolidated Accounts<\/strong><\/em>) is managed by the\u00a0ERICA WG<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>of the European Committee of Central Balance Sheet Data Offices (ECCBSO<\/strong><\/a>). The lite <\/a><\/strong><\/em>mapping Excel tool<\/strong><\/a> (using easyINSTANCE<\/em><\/strong>) minimizes tasks on security certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
