In order to assess whether the draft rules are practicable and to determine to which extent they have to be improved, <strong><a class=\"internal_document\" href=\"https:\/\/www.esma.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/library\/esma32-60-196_call_for_volunteers.pdf\">ESMA is organising field tests<\/a><\/strong> with interested stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The field tests will consist of transforming annual financial reports by issuers to <em>Inline XBRL instance<\/em> <em>documents<\/em>, according to ESMA\u2019s draft ESEF specifications.\u00a0ESMA is seeking participation from\u00a0<strong>issuers on European regulated markets from all industries<\/strong> preparing IFRS consolidated financial statements \u00a0and\u00a0<strong>software vendors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timeline and contact details:\u00a0<\/strong>Applications are welcome by <strong>Friday 14 July<\/strong>. Several workshops will be held from the end of July until the end of August.
